KSL has an overall experience of over 400+ Solar Power Plant installations across the country over the past decade. All our systems and projects are designed and integrated as per guidelines of the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) and also the global best practices. The system is designed to meet diversified needs - from rural electrification to powering urban growth areas, defence outposts to banking sectors to Industrial units - in all sectors, we offer the most efficient & innovative solar systems along with attractive government subsidies and finance options.

**Role and responsibilities**
- Purpose of the role
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate in West Bengal at KSL Cleantech Limited. The Sales Associate will ensure that the goals and objectives are met through generating leads using strategy, meeting potential clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Generate new leads of potential clients from existing and new databases.
- Follow up with potential leads and coordinate with internal departments to ensure that information is updated.
- Make sure that the conversations are well structured and communication is appropriate with strategies involved so that it leads to successful closure of leads.
- Regularly send marketing material or presentation to prospective clients.
- Run analytics to ensure better conversion of enquiries.

**Qualifications**
- Graduation is a compulsion
- Preferably in English/BBA

**Skills**
- Good communication
- Target achiever
- Presentation
- Multi-tasking

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in cold calling, lead generation.

**Working Structure**
- Days
- 6 days working

(Monday to Saturday-1st and 3rd )

Timings
- 10 a.m. to 06:30 p.m.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
