**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive Finari's growth and profitability.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities to expand Finari's client base.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and market opportunities, leveraging Finari's core competencies in banking and technology.
- Take Finari Academy to the next level by signing MOUs with colleges.
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative products and services to meet the evolving needs of Finari's clients.
- Champion Finari's commitment to corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and ethical business practices.
- Collaborate closely with the board of directors to provide regular updates on key performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for exploring new opportunities.
- Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adjust to new situations and environments quickly
- Bachelor's degree in any field. A master's degree is a plus.

**Annual Salary**:

- Fixed component of 1.8L (15k per month) and variable component of 25% based on generated revenue._

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

- Tharamani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
