**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively engage in direct sales efforts, consistently working to enhance the client experience and streamline processes.
- Conduct in-depth sales needs analysis with new and prospective B2B clients, particularly in the SaaS space, focusing on the US market.
- Develop client-centric product solutions by understanding the unique communication and operational needs of small to mid-sized businesses in the US.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring monthly quotas are met or exceeded for data, phone, and video services.
- Design and deliver impactful sales proposals and product presentations, emphasizing the benefits and value of our SaaS solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and ROI analysis to evaluate the feasibility of service for prospects, providing necessary feedback to sales management.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with current and accurate sales activity and client data to track performance and ensure seamless follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales support and marketing, to optimize the sales process and align with broader business goals.
- Participate in all relevant sales meetings, training sessions, and updates required by management.
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of direct sales and end-to-end sales processes within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven experience selling to the US market, with a solid understanding of US clients and their business challenges.
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills, along with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new product knowledge and industry trends.
- Experience working within a team environment to achieve common sales objectives.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Actively prospect and qualify new business opportunities within the US market, focusing on B2B SaaS clients.
- Perform thorough research on potential clients, including their business needs, financials, and technology requirements, to personalize outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
- Pre-qualify business opportunities using the Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT) framework.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, product demos, and calls between qualified prospects and Sales Managers or Account Executives.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of experience in direct sales, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS and the US market.
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Experience working with US clients and understanding the nuances of the US business environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (experience with SaaS sales platforms is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and understanding client needs.
- Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation, especially within SaaS or technology industries.
