**Position**:
- Administration Assistant (On Third-party Payroll position)
**Location**: Bangalore
**Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years experience
**Qualification**: Any Graduate
- Provides administrative support in areas of typing, expense reports, creating presentations, confidential correspondence, ordering office supplies.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, makes appointments and travel arrangements.
- Coordinates, prepares and edits reports and presentations. Prepares memorandums.
- Organizes files, performs data entry, and maintains accurate records.
- Makes travel arrangement, prepares expense reports and process invoices, maintains financial and expense records.
- Collects and prepares information for management use.
- Provides required support for managers. Greets vendors and visitors.
**Employee Engagement**
- Contribute with creative ideas to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Design employee engagement calendar and execute programs to enhance engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
- Create open and transparent communication channels between employees and management.
- Help create and distribute internal communications, fostering transparency and engagement.
- Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate achievements.
- Facilitate training sessions on topics related to professional development.
- Organize all-hands, manage visitors, coordinate employee events, team-building activities, and social gatherings.
- Coordinate logistics for team-building events, workshops, and social activities.
**Team Assistance**
- Completes assigned day-to-day tasks, of different kind.
- Schedules appointments and meetings, and writes respective minutes and protocols.
- Coordinates and establishes all travel arrangements, and reconciles travel and expense reports.
- Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
- Assist in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
- Act as a liaison between employees and different departments to address concerns and suggestions.
- Communication, Co-ordination, Proactive.
