**Duration**: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

**Interview Rounds**: 3 Rounds

**Compensation**: 18,000 - 22,000 per month

**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Staying updated on product and service information and conveying features to customers.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Keeping abreast of competing products and services.
- Supporting the sales team by providing necessary documents, presentations, etc., upon request.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Working towards closing sales and achieving sales targets.

**Qualifications**
- Should be graduate and above.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position
- preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.

**Salary**: ₹216,000.00 - ₹265,000.00 per year
