This role requires a versatile individual with a mix of technical skills content creation abilities, and effective communication. Success involves managing diverse tasks to optimize Ecommerce operations, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.

**Ecommerce Management (Magento & Shopify)**:

- Establish and configure Magento and Shopify stores.
- Magento 2 search extension configuration
- Customize store design, layout, and user interface.
- Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Implement product categorization and tagging.
- Process and fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Monitor order status and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with Shipmonk for efficient order processing.
- Ensure seamless coordination for shipping and fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time.
- Implement reorder points to prevent stockouts.
- Communicate with suppliers for timely inventory replenishment.
- Negotiate terms for bulk orders to optimize costs.

**Community Building and Fitness App (Nutrition and Exercise)**:

- Curate and create content related to nutrition and exercise.
- Ensure content aligns with fitness goals and user needs.
- Develop strategies to engage and retain users.

**Basic Excel Skills**:

- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Organize and manage data efficiently.
- Implement formulas and functions for data manipulation.

**SEO (On-Page and Off-Page)**:

- Conduct keyword research and analysis for on-page SEO optimization.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for search engines.
- Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link-building.
- Monitor search engine rankings and adjust strategies as needed.

**Content Creation (Blogs & Articles)**:

- Develop a content strategy aligned with brand messaging and SEO goals.
- Create blog posts, articles, and other written content.
- Ensure content is engaging, informative, and adheres to brand voice.
- Collaborate with design and multimedia teams for rich content creation.

**Good Written English**:

- Communicate effectively across various channels.
- Stay in regular communication with customers.

**Encouraging & Requesting Feedback & Reviews**:

- Request feedback at strategic points in the customer journey.
- Offer incentives for customers to leave reviews.
- Clearly communicate the value of their feedback.
- Use customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Address concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Other Skills**:

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for cohesive strategies.
- Share insights and customer feedback with relevant departments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement new strategies and technologies to improve performance.
- Communicate effectively across various channels and platforms.
- Tailor communication style to different audiences.
- Address challenges and conflicts with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Find innovative solutions to improve customer experience and brand reputation.

**Salary**: ₹36,900.00 - ₹49,200.00 per month
