Customer Service Representative

**Position Description**

**PLEASE NOTE**:

- This is a remote position.
- This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week).
- You are required to work every day, Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day.
- You may work any time of the day/time zone as long as you fulfill the hours/cases required.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma
- Experience with Gmail or Outlook
- Must have an excellent grasp of written and spoken English; a test will be administered
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is an asset

**Salary**: ₹120.00 - ₹145.00 per hour
