Pre-Sales Associate (Telecalling) - Fresher
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Associate (Telecalling). As a fresher, this is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in sales and gain valuable experience in the field.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads for the sales team. Utilize company-provided database or other sources to identify potential clients.
Qualify Prospects: Engage with potential customers over the phone, ask pertinent questions, and assess their needs and interests in our products or services. Qualify leads based on specific criteria provided by the sales team.
Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers. Stay up-to-date with product updates and changes.
Relationship Building: Establish rapport and build relationships with prospective customers. Effectively communicate our brand's value and build trust to encourage further engagement and interest.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team by coordinating calendars and ensuring proper documentation of details.
Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential customers to nurture the sales process. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of conversations, interactions, and any potential opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to provide timely and relevant information on prospective customers, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to the sales process.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
