**The Role**: Reporting to the Head of Commercial Office India. The Senior Commercial Office position will be responsible in originating, negotiating, and executing long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) in India

**Key Responsibilities**
- Originate, scout, acquire and build robust pipeline of C&I consumers, RE 100 companies across various states. Understand consumer power requirements, preparation of landed calculation and provide solutions to meet the consumer requirement
- Structure, negotiate and execute term sheet, PPA’s with C&I consumers
- Sound knowledge of various policies & regulations related to open access/captive regulations/energy settlement etc. both at CERC and SERC level
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, prepare various MIS report for internal circulation for top management

**Selection Criteria**
- Degree in engineering and/or a Postgraduate in Management or energy related field
- Experience: Ideally, professional experience in the energy sector of at least 5 years preferably in power sales to C&I segment
- Proven track record in executing PPA with C&I off takers across various projects
- Knowledge of various structures in the market relating to power sales
- Good knowledge of Indian energy and renewable power markets including the regulatory regime; good skills in MS Office
- Must be having good connects with C&I off takers and can be able to generate business in quick possible time
- Having good knowledge of Regulations and Negotiate Commercial business Terms
- Demonstrated experience in the management of complex offers and successful negotiation of profitable contracts
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite
- Ability to work with numerous departments in a matrix, global structure
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work as a team to tight deadlines, with a result oriented and proactive approach
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn and operate independently
