We are seeking a dedicated CRM Executive to support our sales and client management processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Document Management**: Draft, review, and organize various documents including agreements, demands, NOC, receipts & more
- **Client Coordination**: Handle client demands and requests efficiently. Process and track client receipts and payments.
- **Agreement Management**: Assist in lining up and managing agreements between clients and the company. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and signed.
- **Sales Team Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary documentation, update client records, and streamline communication.
- **Telecalling**: Conduct follow-up calls to clients and prospects to gather feedback, provide updates, and address any concerns or queries.
- **CRM System Management**: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on client interactions, document status, and sales activities. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a CRM or administrative role, preferably within the real estate industry will be of additinal help.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to type in Marathi will be of additinal help.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & writing mails.Basic understanding Tally.
- Ability to draft and review legal and financial documents with attention to detail.
- Experience with telecalling and client interaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Having a positive approach towards tasks & willingness to learn.
- Systematic individually & can work with a team.
