Corporate Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Identifying Prospects**: Research and identify potential corporate clients within the designated market segments.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and expand the customer base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers within target organizations.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage sales pipeline effectively, including lead generation, qualification, and tracking of opportunities through the sales process.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in corporate sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales tracking and reporting.
- Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
**Additional Skills (Preferred but not Mandatory)**:
- Experience in selling B2B services or solutions in [industry/sector].
- Knowledge of [specific industry/sector] trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with consultative selling techniques and solution-based selling approaches.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
