**Key Result Area**
- To delegate and supervise the duties to House Keeping & Cleanliness staff of the factory premises & Utilities.
- To take care and supervise Food arrangement of staff and visitors
- To supervise / monitor the activities like managing Uniforms, Cleaning clothes of Labours, Sleeping materials during night and their cleanliness
- To keep track of all snack items and maintain the report
- To supervise canteen operations, Transport & CAR Management
- To manage procurement of Pantry & House-keeping material.
- To execute all activities for arranging Food (Lunch, dinner and Snacks)
- To manage all infrastructure of the company
- To supervise the infrastructure issues, repairing and maintenance
- To arrange the infrastructure on urgent basis whenever required
- To approve the infrastructure requirements within limitations
- Handle and track the AMC of capital assets including Air Conditioner, Water Cooler and Purifier etc.
- Maintaining Infrastructure Hygiene through Pest control
- To manage and supervise all activities of contract employees of Housekeeping as well as employees enrolled on daily wages.
- Provide approval and decide budget of all arrangements of Birthday, parties, team celebration activity
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
