ESET India is seeking to hire a high performing Inside Channel Sales Executive who will be directly involved lead management, partner management and order management as well as other revenue contributing activities.
Job description

Lead and Partner Management Responsibilities
- Perform sales qualification of inbound end user and reseller leads coming from India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
- Perform outbound cold calling where necessary.
- Coordinate with Partners for sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with BDMs for partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with the relevant Technical Team for technical training/demos where necessary.
- Update lead, partnership and opportunity statuses and call remarks promptly in the CRM.
- Work closely with the relevant internal teams and external parties for events.

Order Management Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt order processing for Partners
- Coordination with Global back office team for license related issues
- Trial license generation for partners

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Previous relevant experience of minimum 3 years
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in CRM platforms will be an advantage
- Prior sales experience will be an advantage
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software
- Familiarity with market research techniques
