Prepare and cook dishes in your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality and adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in planning and developing new menu items, considering seasonal availability and customer preferences.
- Train and supervise junior members of the kitchen team working in your section, providing guidance and support to maintain consistency in food preparation.
- Coordinate with other sections of the kitchen during busy periods to ensure timely service and a smooth flow of food to the dining area.
- Monitor inventory levels for ingredients in your section and communicate with the kitchen manager or purchasing department to order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Ensure that all dishes leaving your section are of the highest quality and meet presentation guidelines before being served to customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standardized recipes and portion control to minimize food waste and maintain cost efficiency.
- Participate in menu tastings and contribute ideas to enhance existing dishes or create new ones.
- Collaborate with other team members to address any kitchen-related issues and find effective solutions.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a professional kitchen environment.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to guide and motivate junior kitchen staff.
- Passion for food and creativity to contribute to menu development.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
