As the telephone incharge of a taxi company, your job profile may include responsibilities such as:
1. Receiving and managing incoming calls from customers requesting taxi services.

2. Providing information about available taxis, fares, and estimated arrival times.

3. Coordinating with dispatchers and drivers to ensure efficient deployment of vehicles.

4. Assisting customers with special requests, complaints, or inquiries.

5. Recording and maintaining accurate logs of calls, reservations, and customer interactions.

6. Communicating effectively with both customers and internal team members.

7. Handling cash transactions and processing payments over the phone.

8. Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during customer interactions.

9. Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding customer service and safety.

10. Collaborating with other departments to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Overall, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between customers and the taxi company, as well as in providing excellent service and assistance to passengers.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
