- **Handling Queries**: Addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- **Maintaining Reception Area**: Keeping the reception area tidy and organized, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
- **Operating Office Equipment**: Proficiently using office equipment such as computers, printers, photocopiers, and fax machines.
- **Adhering to Security Procedures**: Following security protocols to ensure the safety and confidentiality of the organization and its employees.
