**Position**: Communication Trainer / V&A Trainer
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Start Date**: Immediate

**Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on communication skills for employees at all levels.
- **Program Development**: Develop and customize training programs and materials to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- **Assessment & Feedback**: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and provide constructive feedback to participants.
- **One-on-One Coaching**: Offer personalized coaching to employees who need additional support in improving their communication skills.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with other trainers and departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to employee development.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in communication training and incorporate them into the training programs.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of training activities and outcomes and report on the effectiveness of training programs.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
