As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Unreal Engine Artist with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our creative team.

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Unreal Engine Expertise**: Utilize your extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine to create immersive, high-quality real-time architectural visualizations.

**Asset Creation**: Develop and optimize 3D assets, textures, and materials for use in Unreal Engine, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

**Lighting and Rendering**: Implement advanced lighting techniques and post-processing effects to achieve realistic and visually appealing results.

**Interactivity**: Collaborate with our team to create interactive experiences, including walk-throughs, interactive elements, and VR experiences.

**Optimization**: Optimize scenes and assets for performance without compromising visual quality, ensuring smooth real-time rendering.

**Problem-Solving**: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to real-time rendering and Unreal Engine.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Graphics, Game Development, Architecture) or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with Unreal Engine, preferably in architectural visualization.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender) and texturing tools.
- Strong understanding of real-time rendering techniques, materials, and lighting.
- Experience with Blueprint scripting and interactivity in Unreal Engine.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey creative ideas and technical concepts.

**Additional Skills (A Plus)**:

- VR development experience.
- Knowledge of software such as Substance Painter/Designer and Photoshop.
