Our goal is to become the go-to recruiting infrastructure for companies of every size.RequirementsWhat You'll Be DoingJoining us in the early stages, you'll collaborate closely with our co-founders and the entire team to develop features and drive product innovation. As we expand our customer base, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring scalability and reliability across our systems. This position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and continuously grow your skills in a dynamic startup environment.

ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, design, and develop backend services and infrastructure.Write clean, maintainable code and mentor other team members.Stay updated on new technologies and contribute to architectural discussions.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving priorities and challenges.

Our Tech StackOur frontend utilizes TypeScript, Node.js, React, Relay, GraphQL, and Postgres, with a focus on user-friendly design and seamless integration. On the backend, we rely on Java, gRPC+protobuf, and Armeria-based microservices. Infrastructure management is done using Terraform, with deployment on AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker. We prioritize observability and alerting with tools like New Relic and Sentry.

What You Bring2+ years of experience building backend systems for web applications.Proficiency in languages like Java, Go, Python, or similar.Familiarity with monitoring systems, release engineering, and deployment processes.Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
