At SuperGaming, we are putting India on the global gaming map. We build games like MaskGun (65M users), Silly Royale (20M users), SuperPlatform (live ops engine on which PAC-MAN is built) and we are also building India’s most ambitious game Indus, an Indo-futuristic battle Royale.

SuperGaming is on the lookout for a talented 3D vehicle artist to join the team and help us in designing, modeling, texturing, and optimizing vehicles to enhance gameplay immersion and visual fidelity.

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed and accurate low-poly 3D models of vehicles based on concept art, blueprints, or reference materials, with a focus on mobile game optimization.
  • Utilize advanced 3D modeling techniques to accurately represent vehicle designs, proportions, and details, while maintaining low poly counts.
  • Apply your knowledge of hard surface modeling to create realistic and visually appealing vehicles for mobile games.
  • Efficiently UV unwrap and texture vehicle models, utilizing industry-standard texturing software (e.g.Substance Painter) to create textures and materials optimized for in game shaders.
  • Integrate and test vehicle assets within the chosen game engine to ensure proper functionality, performance, and visual fidelity on mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with the art, design, and programming teams to ensure vehicles align with the project's artistic vision, technical requirements, and performance budget.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest 3D modeling software and techniques, with a focus on mobile game development best practices.

 

Experience & Skills required:

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender(Preferable), with a strong understanding of optimization for mobile games.
  • Experience with texturing software like Substance Painter or Photoshop.
  • Solid understanding of vehicle design principles, anatomy, and mechanical systems.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling and texturing skills, with a focus on low-poly vehicles optimized for mobile games.
  • Experience integrating and testing 3D assets within a game engine.
  • Knowledge of real-time rendering engines like Unity or Unreal Engine, specifically for mobile development.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to the fast-paced environment of mobile game development.
  • Experience working on mobile game development projects.
