**Position Overview**:
As an Unreal Engine Developer and Blueprint Expert, you will be responsible for creating and implementing interactive and visually stunning experiences using Unreal Engine, primarily focusing on its Blueprint scripting system. You will work closely with the development team to design, develop, and optimize gameplay systems, mechanics, and features. Your expertise in Unreal Engine and strong understanding of Blueprint scripting will be essential in bringing our projects to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Unreal Engine Development:

- Utilize Unreal Engine to develop high-quality, immersive, and visually impressive game environments, characters, and assets.
- Collaborate with the art and design teams to ensure the implementation of game mechanics and visual elements align with the creative vision.
- Optimize game performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure smooth gameplay experiences.

2. Blueprint Scripting:

- Create complex gameplay systems and interactions using Unreal Engine's Blueprint visual scripting system.
- Debug and troubleshoot Blueprint scripts to ensure functionality and performance.
- Explore and implement innovative ways to improve and expand upon existing Blueprints.

3. Gameplay Mechanics and Systems:

- Design and implement interactive gameplay mechanics, controls, and user interfaces using Unreal Engine and Blueprint.
- Collaborate with game designers to bring their ideas to life, providing technical insights and feedback.
- Multiplayer game engine
- Establish communication with database (AWS)

4. Performance Optimization:

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Unreal Engine projects.
- Optimize Blueprints and assets to ensure smooth frame rates and efficient memory usage.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with other developers, artists, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate effectively to convey technical concepts and ideas to non-technical team members.

6. Documentation and Best Practices:

- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all developed systems, tools, and features.
- Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure consistency and efficiency in the development process.

7. Research and Self-Development:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Unreal Engine and Blueprint scripting.
- Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to enhance the quality and efficiency of projects

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Unreal Engine Developer with a strong emphasis on Blueprint scripting.
- Demonstrable portfolio of projects showcasing your expertise in Unreal Engine and Blueprint development.
- Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming.
- Solid understanding of game development principles, mechanics, and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for creating immersive gaming experiences.
