**Job Description for Executive / Senior Executive**

**Business Development (Domestic Market) Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitive landscape in Indian markets.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to form business development strategies.

**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify and qualify potential clients and partners in target markets.
- Generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, Websites, Govt. Directories etc

**Account Management & Follow Ups**
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Do regular follow ups with the potential prospects.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders in Indian market.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Indian clients and partners and address any issues or concerns.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with reporting manager, marketing, and product development teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Coordinate along with reporting manager to manage Indian clients and partners to ensure successful implementation and execution of projects and agreements.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and sales performance to reporting manager.
- Analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent written & verbal communication with a hold in English.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration and or MBA (Marketing), or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 3 years plus of experience in above mentioned role.

**Location**:

- Corporate Office Noida
