- Create and cost menus, controlling food costs and maintaining budgetary guidelines.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment.
- Adapt recipes to meet changing customer tastes and seasonal availability.
- Uphold sanitation standards and compliance with health regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and creativity.
