Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will serve as the primary liaison for the Radiance Channel, coordinating with DigiHub Regional Managers (RMs) and other stakeholders. The role involves managing DigiHub leads, ensuring effective follow-up, and maintaining smooth communication across teams. The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for resolving service and IT issues, coordinating various business processes, and handling specific product and service queries.

This position is responsible for driving fresh acquisition, spends and portfolio enhancement business through
- **DigiHub Coordination and Lead Management**:
- Act as the main point of contact for the Radiance Channel with all DigiHub RMs.
- Manage DigiHub leads and direct them to the relevant Relationship Officers (RROs) for follow-up and login.
- Ensure seamless collaboration and lead status updates with the DigiHub team.
- ** Service and IT Issue Resolution**:
- Resolve service and IT issues using platforms such as Youtrack and Jira.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- ** Meeting Management**:
- Accurately record Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
- ** Business Process Coordination**:
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and ensure the successful rollout of new features.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) in collaboration with various business units.
- ** Application and Product Management**:
- Manage the card issuance process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- ** Query Handling**:
- Handle queries related to Jocata and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Monitor query resolutions and address activation queries promptly
