The role in a nutshell:
This role is a key position within the organization and responsible for providing day-to-day support in payroll data management to our internal operations team and various stakeholders. This role will be responsible for collating and verifying data from the operations team, assisting them with the data upload queries, and executing data transfers in related company tools and platforms.

How you will make a difference:

- Trouble shoot Payroll related issues from operations, provide support and training as needed
- Providing support on General Ledger Maintenance as per Operations request
- Cater all New Payroll Element request as per Operations request
- Increase customer (Internal Stakeholder’s) satisfaction/ enhance the customer experience
- Ownership and management of customer payroll queries in a timely fashion
- Process, system-specific challenges, while working with stakeholders and the team to driving issues to closure
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

What will give you an advantage:

- Experience in supporting customers in a payroll/ HR or project management capacity, preferred
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a 24 x 5 environment
- Professional fluency in the English language is essential, both written and oral
