Multitask Office Assistant

We are looking for **freshers** to join as **Multitask Office Assistants**. If you have completed at least **12th class**, are eager to learn, and have a gap in your career, you are welcome to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their professional journey.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum education: 12th pass.
- Understanding of **Marathi, Hindi, and English**.
- Basic knowledge of **Excel** and **Word**.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Prepare **quotations**, **purchase orders (PO)**, **proforma invoices (PI)**, and **invoices**.
- Maintain proper **record keeping** of quotations, PO, PI, and invoices.
- Assist with basic **bookkeeping** tasks.
- Carry out tasks assigned by **project engineers** and **senior staff**.
- **Manage office supplies** and ensure that stock levels are maintained.
- Assist in **filing, organizing documents**, and maintaining both digital and physical records.
- **Coordinate with vendors** and suppliers for materials, ensuring timely delivery.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and handle **general office communications**.
- Support in **arranging meetings**, preparing minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action points.
- Assist with **basic data entry tasks** and maintain logs and records.
- Help with **general office upkeep** and ensure smooth daily operations.
