**Job Title**: Office Assistant

**Job Location**: Andheri (East)

**Job Overview**:
The Office Assistant is responsible for performing general office support tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. This position involves assisting with various clerical and administrative duties, maintaining office cleanliness, and supporting staff with daily requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness of the office areas (e.g., conference rooms, reception, common areas, and individual workstations).
- Arrange and organize office supplies, including refilling of stationary items.
- Ensure all common office areas are well-stocked (tea/coffee, water, etc.).
- **Support to Office Staff**:

- Assist with daily tasks such as photocopying, printing, filing and scanning
- Assist in delivering and distributing internal memos, documents, and packages.
- Set up meeting rooms by arranging equipment as needed.
- Help with moving office furniture or supplies as required.
- **Handling Deliveries**:

- Receive, sort, and distribute parcels, and deliveries to respective departments.
- Ensure outgoing mail is prepared and dispatched on time.
- **Refreshments**:

- Prepare / Bring tea, coffee, and other beverages for staff and guests.
- Ensure that the pantry is clean and stocked with necessary items.
- **General Administrative Support**:

- Assist with the setup of meetings, including arranging refreshments, preparing meeting spaces, etc.
- Provide general assistance to administrative staff as required.
- **Visitor Management**:

- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, notifying the relevant employee of their arrival.
- Offer beverages and make guests feel comfortable while they wait.
- **Miscellaneous Duties**:

- Carry out any additional administrative tasks as requested by the management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: HSC
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an office or support role is preferred but not mandatory, Freshers are also welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, photocopiers, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

**Work Environment**:

- Standard office hours, [insert working hours].
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift light to moderate items (e.g., boxes, office supplies).

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
