Product Marketing Executive

GeekyAnts is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. The person will be responsible for managing and executing the marketing campaigns for all our technical products and bridging the gap between the product technical team and the rest of the marketing team.
**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Marketing Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for all technical products, including planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns across various channels.
- Technical and Marketing Expertise: Possess a technical background with a deep understanding of our technical products, enabling effective communication and collaboration with the product technical team. Leverage your marketing expertise to translate complex technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.
- Newest Marketing Methods: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and methods, such as “building in public” and viral marketing, and implement innovative strategies to create buzz, generate user engagement, and maximize product visibility.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market studies and research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, industry trends, and user needs. Utilize market insights to drive product positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
- Launch Strategy: Develop and execute successful product launch strategies, including pre-launch activities, go-to-market plans, pricing strategies, and marketing collateral.
- Collaboration and Communication: Act as a bridge between the product technical team and the rest of the marketing team, facilitating effective communication, understanding, and alignment. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, sales, and customer success
- Data-Driven Approach: Analyze campaign performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and drive continuous improvement.
**Key Requirements**
- Master’s degree in marketing, business (technical degree along with this is a plus).
- 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
- **Work experience with a product company is a must.**:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Technical background and ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, such as building in public and viral marketing.
- Excellent research and market analysis skills, with the ability to identify market trends and user needs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualifications
**Master’s degree in marketing, business (technical degree along with this is a plus)**
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
