Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Actively promote and sell locks, hardware, and related products to businesses and customers in the Hyderabad area.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the locks and hardware products, providing customers with the best solutions for their needs.
- **Market Research**: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through CRM tools and provide regular sales reports to the management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the hardware, locks, or related industries.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Experience in negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve goals.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- **Knowledge of Hardware Products**: Prior knowledge of locks and hardware products will be an advantage.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in the locks or hardware industry.
- Local knowledge of the Hyderabad market and customer base.
