**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, for multiple clients.
- Create high-quality and engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, graphics, and Reels.
- Utilize social media scheduling tools to plan and schedule content for optimal reach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and sales to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall business objectives.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns for multiple clients, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and optimization.
- Generate leads and drive conversions through effective social media marketing tactics, including lead generation campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across various platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation, including writing, designing, and editing, with strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Expertise in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with lead generation strategies and tactics on social media platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
