**Responsibilities**

As a social media manager for an agency, your role will involve managing the online presence and brand image of the agency's clients across various social media platforms. Here are some job responsibilities for a social media manager in an agency setting:
Social Media Strategy Development:

- Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the agency's and clients' overall marketing objectives.
- Conduct research on the target audience, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules for each client's social media channels.

Content Creation and Curation:

- Generate engaging and relevant content, including text, images, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Collaborate with the agency's creative team to produce high-quality visual content that resonates with the target audience.
- Curate and share relevant content from industry influencers and other credible sources to supplement the agency's content.

Social Media Management:

- Monitor and manage the agency's clients' social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement community management strategies to foster positive interactions and build a strong online community around each client's brand.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key social media metrics to assess the performance of each client's social media efforts.
- Generate regular reports detailing the performance of social media campaigns, including insights, recommendations, and areas for improvement.

Paid Advertising Campaigns:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are aligned with clients' objectives and target audiences.

Social Media Trends and Platform Updates:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices across social media platforms.
- Make strategic recommendations to adapt social media strategies based on platform updates and industry shifts.

Influencer Marketing:

- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify the agency's clients' social media reach and brand visibility.

Client Servicing:

- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on social media performance, seek feedback, and discuss future strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Analytical Skills: Social media executives need to be able to analyze data from social media campaigns to determine what is working and what isn't. They should be able to use this data to make informed decisions and improve future campaigns.
- Creativity: Creativity is key for developing innovative social media campaigns and content that will capture the audience's attention. Social media executives should be able to think outside the box and come up with fresh ideas to keep the brand's social media presence engaging and relevant.

**Salary**: ₹20,321.09 - ₹35,308.76 per month
