**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Engage with online communities and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
- Conduct research on target audience preferences and interests to inform content development and campaign strategies.
- Assist in managing social media ad campaigns and tracking their performance using analytics tools.
- Generate monthly reports on social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Support the team in brainstorming and executing innovative ideas to enhance social media presence and brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and platform updates.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for social media marketing and a good understanding of popular social media platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work well independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.

Pay: ₹5,500.00 per month
