Specialist. This role involves managing our social media presence, providing exceptional customer

support, coordinating physical sessions, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media and Customer Support:

- Monitor and manage all social media platforms for Baalgeet India, including Instagram (IG) and

Facebook (FB).
- Respond to comments and direct messages (DMs) using standard templates.
- Track and respond to all DMs via Baalgeet’s official WhatsApp number, addressing queries from

new customers and resolving issues for existing customers.
- Create and manage Google Forms as needed.
- Design creatives using Canva for social media and marketing purposes.
- Set up Google Meet or arrange physical calls for customer and team interactions as required.
- Maintain records of accounts and physical invoices.

Physical Session Support:

- Arrange seating for parents during physical sessions.
- Keep accurate attendance records and track participant recognition.
- Distribute instruments and other materials during sessions.

INTERNAL
- Capture photos and videos of events and sessions for documentation and promotional purposes.
- Print necessary resources for sessions and events.
- Procure stationery and other session materials.

Vendor Management:

- Coordinate the procurement of trophies for events.
- Arrange for the production of magnets as rewards.
- Book auditoriums for final events and ensure all logístical needs are met.
- Organize sound systems and other technical equipment for events.
- Manage stationery printing and other vendor-related tasks.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media management and customer support.
- Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Google Suite (Forms, Meet, etc.).
- Familiarity with WhatsApp for business communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in event management or administrative support.
- Experience in vendor management and procurement.
- Creative mindset with a knack for social media trends and engagement.
