**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and direct the hotel main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness, guest satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.
- Work alongside all HOD's to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
- Conduct regular operations meeting with all HOD's to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets and guest feedback.
- Be responsible for maximizing profit through the consistent delivery of the highest standard of service.
- Be responsible for all the day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the hotel.
- Liaise daily with the Upper Management to forecast Hotel business on a weekly basis and plan accordingly.
- Maximize financial opportunities and achieve pro-active up-selling environment throughout the hotel.
- Conduct regular fire walks and Health & Safety audits.
- Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
- Carry out regular inspections of all departments in the areas of guest service delivery, cleanliness, presentation, service delivery, employee presentation and grooming.
- Ensure that reasonable care is taken for the Health and Safety of yourself, other employees, guests and any other persons on the Hotel premise.
- Responsible for the highest standard of cleaning on floors, guestrooms, common area etc.
- Supervises housekeeping and laundry staff duties are being performed.
- Ensure guest privacy is respected when DND status is displayed.
- Regularly inspect guest floor corridors and public areas.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to Engineering.

**Essential Skills & Qualification**
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 3 Year of experience in the same role.
- Experience with hotel reservations software.
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
