Inside Sales Representative

**Responsibilities: -**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the web hosting industry and stay updated on market trends and competitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Conduct technical meetings with potential clients to understand their hosting needs, requirements, and constraints.
- Provide expert guidance on our web hosting solutions, answering technical queries and explaining complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that client requirements align with our hosting capabilities.
- Customize hosting solutions based on clients' technical specifications and preferences.
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, IT, etc.).
- Proven experience in business development and sales in the web hosting or IT industry.
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of web hosting technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skill.
Pay: ₹25,664.52 - ₹40,748.44 per month
