Job description

**Minimum 3-5 years of experience.**

**Salary Package - as per company norms**

**Location - Mumbai**

Responsible for identifying & creating new business solutions or add value to the existing solutions based on market requirements. Price Negotiation/ Sending Quotations. Responsible for Customer Visit Liaoning with them.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for promoting and selling Compounds, Blends, Alloys of Engineering & Specialty polymer products.

Set clear sales targets and objectives in alignment with the company's growth goals.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**New Business Development**:
Identify and target new business opportunities and market segments to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Lead efforts to prospect, engage, and convert new customers.

**Presentations and Negotiations**:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our masterbatch polymer products.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable deals.
