**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the execution of projects for the CDD, LDD and Workflow Transformation Product Development Management group using standard Agile project delivery methodologies
- Role encompasses business analysis to identify, assess, and articulate near-term business needs, advise businesses on options, risks, and costs of technology solutions versus benefits
- Work with Business Architects to define and deliver innovative solutions to solve complex business problems
- Define and clearly document agile epics and user stories
- Coordinate with various areas of Operations, Middle Office, Finance, Technology, and Senior Management to build business requirements, procedures, and processes. This will include project plan development, resource management, requirements management (elicitation, documentation, prioritization, etc.), process mapping, process design, procedure authoring, org design, capacity sizing, etc.
- Conduct data analysis, data collection, and synthesis to translate into empirical solutions or evidence that can optimize project reporting
- Proactively communicate global and local business requirements/priorities and project status to key stakeholders; solicit feedback and obtain sign-off on project documentation.
- Work with the central Release Management team to deliver projects to release timelines and support technology with production releases

**Skills and Experience**
- 5 year+ experience in a business analysis role in the banking/financial industry
- Extensive experience of working in an agile delivery model, and writing User Stories using industry standard techniques
- Knowledge of creating decision tables using Signavio preferred
- The ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Highly energetic self-starter with a focus on obtaining results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with JIRA as well as technical skills e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate across teams to meet deliverables
