**Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India **is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

**CIB CCO - CCS Quality Assurance 601**:

**CIB Central Controls office -CCS- Quality Assurance Associate**

The Quality Assurance Team is responsible for reviewing the quality of work performed by different teams under Central Control Services (CCS). The core objective of this role is to drive the QA agenda by ensuring accurate and timely completion of the different tasks/ activities, providing feedback and improvement plans, and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.

The role demands partnership with all process leads within CCS to ensure accurate and timely review and reporting. When there is a new task/ process which comes under the preview of QA, t he Associate will play a critical role in establishing the scope and delivery of reports. The Associate will be expected to continuously focus on opportunities to improve existing processes and to provide innovative solutions towards streamlining and making processes more efficient.

**Key Responsibilities**:
To support the Controls organization with the delivery of:

- Daily, weekly monthly, Quarterly and Yearly QA reviews.
- Preparation of monthly decks to be presented to higher management.
- Partner closely and effectively with CCS leads across various locations to deliver high quality results.
- Ensure that all reviews and reporting are completed accurately, consistently and to the timeframe agreed.
- Proactively drive initiatives and efficiency improvements in the team
