**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Understand As-Is and To-Be process flows, will be responsible for coming up with solutions and create solution documents.
- Manage the project and help with issue resolution
- Keep the stakeholders updated with progress
- Collaborate and work with Technology partners to implement agreed solutions within agreed timelines
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, based on the
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ability to motivate people
- Proven working experience in project management
- Proven experience in change management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
