**No Targets**

**Sales Executive Responsibilities**:

- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.

**Sales and Negotiation Skills**
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skills
- Tenacity and perseverance in prospecting and closing deals
- Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships
- Consultative selling skills to understand client needs

**Being on Field responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new clients in your sales territory
- Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
- Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
- Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
- Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
