- Distillation Having experience as Head/CTO/VP in the field of Chemical R & D, Technology, Pilot Plant trials & plant Process Scale Up in organic synthesis, continuous flow chemistry, in Fine/ Specialty chemicals industries with focus on Agro/Pharma intermediate, catalyst, zeolite, Electro chemistry Handling a team of 10 + Engineers To make executive decisions with regard to the technological interests, responsible for outlining the company's technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the company's business needs. - Overall responsible for understating new product R & D, Organic synthesis lab, Zeolite lab, electro dialysis, Pilot plant, and implementing new programs and protocols into company and the development of new products. - Regular Interaction/team work with R & D, pilot Plant, ADL, QA, QC and production team for successful commercialization Successfully done CRAMs projects, fine & specialty chemicals, having divers' chemistry experience - Experience - Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in manufacturing plant of chemical industry for new product development Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals - Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage in market - Execute technology profitable for organization Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency - Build Technology Transfer & ADlL and data protection processes Monitor KRA to fulfill technological performance Attain a bunch of R & D /new technology /new chemical market seminars /exhibitions Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors - KSA- Knowledge, Skills & attributes - Knowledge of New chemistry, green chemistry, new products & chemical technological trends to build strategy Business acumen Ability to conduct technological analyses and research with safe & cost effective methods Excellent communication skills Leadership and organizational abilities Strategic thinking Problem-solving aptitude - Experience Required: 20+ Years - Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech or M.E/ M.Tech Chemical Engineering Only from IIT, NIT,BITS- Pilnai, HBTI,VIT or euivalent
