Designation: CFO (Chief Financial Officer - FMCG)

Experience: 15+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, and out of which minimum 5 years' experience should be at CFO or similar position in FMCG Industry.

Education: CA is highly desirable / CFA / CMA / ICWA

Preferable Age: 38yrs to 40 yrs.

Scale: Up to 24 Lac CTC Per annum

Location: Bharuch, Gujarat

**Skills**:

- Advancement in knowledge of Tally, Excel
- Product costings and inventory management
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- English language proficiency (both oral and writing)

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Driving Revenue and cost management through better analytics and focus upon profitability of the organization.
- Manage all accounting operations including Cost accounting, Inventory accounting.
- Co-ordinate and prepare budget and forecast and report variance. Adjusting the company's accounting system to the company's budget, and performing periodic tracking of Actuals vs. Budget.
- Lead business finance and support sales, supply chain and production team in projections and conversion, working out the right level of product mix, geography mix etc. including cost optimization plans.
- Management reports - Preparing periodic reports and present to the management. These reports include: Balance sheet, PNL, cash flow and any other required report.
- Manage, implementation and supervision of the investment policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
