**Job Summary**:
As an IT Sales Intern, you will be part of our dynamic sales team and gain valuable experience in the field of information technology sales & Digital Marketing. This internship will provide you with opportunities to learn about our products and services, interact with customers, and contribute to sales initiatives. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals and play a vital role in helping us achieve our sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in various aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, market research, and prospecting.

**Customer Interaction**: Interact with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and presenting IT & Digital Marketing solutions.

**Product Knowledge**: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our IT products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

**CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

**Sales Collateral**: Help in the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.

**Market Research**: Research the IT industry, competitors, and market trends to identify potential sales opportunities.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans and campaigns.

**Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for review by the sales manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, BBA, IT, or a related field can also Apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in IT and technology sales.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
