**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with Senior Sales Manager to identify and target potential clients, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities and results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to support sales initiatives and optimize sales processes.

**Job Specifications**:

- **Excellent communication skills**: The ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential for this role.
- **Strong proficiency in MS Excel**: Proficiency in MS Excel is crucial for managing data, analyzing sales metrics, and generating reports.
