**Job Description: Marketing Executive**
As a Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive business growth and promote our products and services in the market. You will engage with potential clients, build relationships, and generate leads to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of process and factory automation. Develop strategic plans to expand our client base and increase market penetration.
- **Sales and Service Marketing**: Promote our products and services to potential clients through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, advertising, and direct sales efforts.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs, concerns, and preferences to offer tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to develop targeted marketing strategies and campaigns.
- **Technical Understanding**: Develop a thorough understanding of our automation products and solutions, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and VFD drives. Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively to clients.
- **Client Visits**: Visit clients' premises to understand their requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical assistance as needed. Develop customized solutions and proposals to address client needs.
- **Networking and Relationship Building**: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients, partners, and industry professionals. Build a strong professional network to support business development efforts.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Track sales performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare sales reports and forecasts. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the automation industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of automation technologies, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and VFD drives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client visits, meetings, and industry events.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience required.

**Salary**:₹20,833.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Ability to Commute**: Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli (required)
