Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Silvassa

Qualification : Any Graduate

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy**:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital channels to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize website content.
Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and make recommendations for improvement.

**Social Media Management**:Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Company Portal.
Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to ensure alignment in messaging and goals.
Stay informed about product updates and changes to incorporate into marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy, content creation, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
