- **Education**: 12th Pass or Any Degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- **Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and patiently.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and typing.
