**Role: Customer Support Executive - Cochin**

**Location: Cochin, Kerala**

**Educational qualification - Plus two and above**

**Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced can apply**

**Freshers preferable**

**Experience in Domestic process is also considered**

**Shift: Rotational Shift and Rotational Week offs**

**5 days of working**

**Salary: For Freshers 17k Take home + CTC**

**Basic technical skills will be an added advantage**

**Excellent communication Skills required (mandatory)**

**Max Age: 35**

**Two way cab will be provided; Allowance is provided is cab is not required**

**Note: Immediate Joiners are only required**

Roles and responsibilities:
Answer phone to respond to drivers/customers inquiries w.r.t Shipping and Delivery.

Assist Drivers with the latest update on customer's packages/orders, also help them correct coordinates.

Assist Drivers with navigating any lost packages, provide directions, help with access codes, and help with self-service steps.

Project a professional company image through phone & chat interaction.

Assist Drivers with reporting incidents by submitting appropriate forms.

Provide assistance with regard to customer service issues002E

Basic Requirements:
Educational qualification - Plus two and above

Basic technical skills

Good communication Skills

Able to quickly understand customer issues and requests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
