**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Multichannel Support**:
- Ensure a seamless and consistent experience across all channels.
- **Training and Knowledge Management**:
- Equip customer service representatives with comprehensive product knowledge.
- Provide training on effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- **Inventory and Product Information**:
- Integrate customer service systems with inventory management to provide real-time product availability information.
- Ensure that representatives can access accurate and up-to-date information about products and promotions.
- **Order Fulfillment and Tracking**:
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Implement systems to provide accurate and timely order status updates.
- **Personalization**:
- Utilize customer data to personalize interactions and offers.
- Implement loyalty programs to reward repeat customers.
- **Complaint Resolution**:
- Establish efficient processes for handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement.
- **Technology Integration**:
- Leverage technology, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, to streamline customer interactions.
- Integrate with point-of-sale systems for a unified customer experience.
- **Staffing and Scheduling**:
- Ensure that there is adequate staffing during peak hours and seasons.
- Implement effective scheduling to meet customer demand.
- **Feedback and Analytics**:
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and other channels.
- Utilize analytics to identify trends, measure customer satisfaction, and improve service.
- **Compliance and Security**:
- Ensure that customer service processes comply with relevant regulations.
- Implement security measures to protect customer information.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Regularly review and refine customer service processes based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements accordingly.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
