Billing & Overdue collections
Generating and issuing invoices or bills to customers based on sales or services rendered.
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing information, such as pricing, quantities, and discounts
Verifying and reconciling billing discrepancies or errors.
Coordinating with the sales team or other departments to resolve any billing-related issues.
Tracking and monitoring customer accounts for overdue payments.
Negotiating payment terms or arrangements with customers experiencing financial difficulties.
Resolving customer queries or disputes related to invoices or payments.
Collaborating with the finance team to escalate serious collection issues or delinquent accounts.
Inventory Management and Back Office Work:
Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and product information.
Conducting regular inventory counts to reconcile physical stock with system data.
Monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and prevent stock outs or excesses.
Collaborating with purchasing or procurement teams to manage inventory replenishment.
Analysing inventory data and generating reports on stock performance, trends, or discrepancies.
Performing general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Assisting with HR-related functions, such as employee on boarding, payroll processing, or leave management.
Managing office supplies and equipment, including procurement and maintenance.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
